Account Settings
Manage your personal account settings and preferences.
Profile Information
Update your profile by clicking your name in the top navigation:
- Name - How you appear to other users
- Email - Used for login and notifications
- Timezone - Ensures meeting times display correctly
- Secondary emails - Add additional email addresses to accept invitations at multiple addresses (learn more)
Security
Passkeys
Passkeys provide secure, passwordless authentication:
- Open Edit Profile, then the Security tab
- Click Add a passkey
- Follow your device's prompts to register. The passkey is named after your device, and you can rename it from the list
Passkeys work with:
- Touch ID / Face ID on Apple devices
- Windows Hello
- Hardware security keys (YubiKey, etc.)
Active Sessions
View and manage your active sessions:
- See which devices are currently signed in
- Sign out from devices you no longer use
- Sign out from all devices if needed
Notifications
Control how you receive updates:
- Email notifications - Meeting announcements, document updates
- Calendar integration - Sync meetings to your calendar app
Calendar Connections
Connect your calendar to automatically sync meetings:
- Go to Profile > Calendar
- Choose your calendar provider
- Authorize the connection
Supported providers:
- Google Calendar
- Microsoft Outlook
- Apple Calendar (via .ics subscription)
